Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Operator office located in Boyertown, PA. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring and operating closed-circuit television systems, responding to incidents, ensuring proper use of equipment, and maintaining logs of daily operations. The role also involves ensuring the security of the site, coordinating with security personnel as necessary, and promptly addressing potential issues or breaches. Qualifications • Proficiency in operating and monitoring CCTV systems and related equipment • Strong observational and attention-to-detail skills to identify potential issues and irregularities • Effective communication and coordination skills to relay information to security personnel or superiors • Ability to work in a team, adapt to an on-site environment, and perform efficiently under pressure • Understanding of security protocols and willingness to follow standard operating procedures • Basic computer skills to maintain logs and manage documentation • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications will be an advantage
