We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the firm’s brand presence and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing the firm’s marketing, branding, and social media strategies Coordinate photography, videography, and visual content for marketing and firm events Support event planning and logistics for conferences, sponsorships, and networking functions Create and update marketing materials, including firm brochures, website content, and digital campaigns Track and manage marketing data, contacts, and analytics Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to promote firm news, transactions, and achievements Represent the firm at offsite conferences and industry events (some travel required) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design Familiarity with social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools a plus Photography experience or interest is strongly preferred Prior marketing experience (internships included) in a professional services setting is a plus but not required What We Offer Collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment Hands-on experience and exposure to firm leadership and high-profile projects Opportunities for growth and professional development Competitive salary and benefits package If you’re an energetic, creative self-starter looking to grow your marketing career within a dynamic and expanding law firm, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
