Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations Mural Health is a fast-growing clinical technology start-up that makes clinical trials easier for participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers participants or caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations. Who are you? You are a high-impact Strategy & Operations leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. You drive commercial excellence and operational rigor across go-to-market organizations, partnering directly with GTM leadership to define strategic choices, build scalable processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Strategy & Operations, Go-to-Market role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and work in close collaboration with the CCO to accomplish key commercial priorities. Role Location: Remote Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer You will: Strategy & Cross-Functional Execution Help define GTM strategy, leading projects hand-in-hand with leadership to identify, structure, and solve the most challenging commercial questions Lead cross-functional workstreams including new product launches, partnership programs, and process excellence initiatives across commercial functions Synthesize complex market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies with clear ROI Support new product launches across strategic market entry and sales/marketing execution, owning the GTM project plan end-to-end Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across the entire organization Commercial Operations & Analytics Execute revenue operations responsibilities: establish success measurement frameworks, build models to track performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and advise leaders on actions to drive improvement Prepare for and lead quarterly business reviews across the GTM organization Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, competitive positioning, and market opportunities Provide day-to-day strategy and operations support to executive leaders through rigorous analysis and actionable recommendations Operational Excellence Improve commercial workflows and assess supporting tooling to automate and optimize operations Continuously raise the bar on operational quality and collaboration Serve as a “talent magnet” for the GTM team, helping build a culture of repeatable excellence and high performance Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in GTM roles at high-growth technology companies, including strategic operations, growth strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital Deep understanding of core business operations in B2B technology: sales, marketing, product development, partnerships, customer support and success Aptitude and comfort with using AI tooling to solve business problems Proven ability to lead both operational and strategic initiatives with measurable impact Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguous situations and rapidly ramp up on new problem statements Outstanding problem-solving and project management skills with track record of driving results Excellent communication skills – able to create compelling narratives and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences including executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders Track record in fast-growing or scaling organizations navigating rapid GTM evolution Proficiency in data analysis – able to independently access and analyze data without external assistance Familiarity with clinical trials, healthcare technology, or life sciences industry preferred.
