Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth project execution • Lead, manage, and motivate installation crews to meet project goals • Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscape and hardscape installation projects from start to finish • Maintain thorough documentation and generate progress reports • Manage job site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies • Oversee resource allocation including equipment, materials, and labor for efficiency • Uphold quality assurance standards for all installations • Foster effective communication among team members and with clients • Proactively solve problems that arise on the job site Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum 5 years9 experience in hardscape and landscape installation • Proven leadership and team motivation abilities • Strong communication skills for clear, direct coordination • Technical competence in installation methods and materials • Flexibility and adaptability to varying project demands • Excellent organizational skills and time management • High integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset Why Join Us?
