In this role, you will represent the company during property tours, making sure clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way ️. Office Location - 676 Woodland Square Loop SE #122, Lacey, WA 98503 Responsibilities • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding homes • Offer comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria • Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation • Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines • Take part in team activities according to team standards • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls • Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills: You thrive in social settings and excel at building and sustaining professional relationships.
