FTE: 1, Shift: Days, Schedule: M-F Position Summary The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative support, which may include clerical, secretarial, and technical support. This is an intermediate level support position performing a variety of routine to moderately complex secretarial and clerical duties. Work situations require organization, prioritization, flexibility, and time management skills. This position has contact with a wide variety of internal and external management and staff level positions. This position works under direct supervision and works closely with other departmental staff. Decision-making is limited to the daily routine duties of the position. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.47 - $30.89 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
