Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Matchmaking Assistant located in Melville, NY. The Matchmaking Assistant will be responsible for supporting the matchmaking team with client intake, managing client profiles, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with matchmaking initiatives. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications • Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to use digital tools and maintain accurate client records • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus • Previous experience in client-facing roles or matchmaking is an advantage
