Key Responsibilities • Act as a liaison between health plan clients, members, and partners to ensure superior care coordination • Monitor and confirm trip details, providing support and resolving any issues related to transportation • Document escalations and maintain compliance with KPIs and contract requirements Required Qualifications • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent • 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar healthcare case management experience • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks • Understanding of medical terminology preferred
