Essential credentials include: - Architecture degree with 8 to 20 years of experience - Project management experience - Design sensibilities and management skills - Client and teaming relationship skills - Experience reviewing and editing specifications - Proficiency and experience navigating Revit - Strong communications and organizational skills - Collaborative personality to bring out the best in team situations - Project coordination skills - U.S. Citizen Salary rates to be negotiated based on experience.
