We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry Level Community Relations Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement, public relations, and event coordination, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute community outreach initiatives that align with company and client goals. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders. • Plan, coordinate, and manage community and promotional events from concept to completion. • Represent the company at community events, meetings, and public forums to strengthen brand presence. • Assist with public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and foster positive community relationships. • Collaborate closely with marketing and event teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless event execution. • Track, analyze, and report on outreach activities and community engagement performance. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (preferred but not required). • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities. • Passion for community outreach, engagement, and event planning. • Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively. • Willingness to travel locally for community events, meetings, and partnerships.
