We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team! This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about community engagement, nonprofit outreach, and civic involvement, offering the opportunity to build a meaningful career in social impact, community development, or public service. As a Community Outreach Representative, you will support grassroots outreach efforts, fundraising initiatives, and advocacy programs, while building strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and residents. Your work will help increase awareness of programs and create lasting, positive impacts in the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities • Participate in local outreach activities, including community events, educational programs, and awareness campaigns aligned with organizational goals. • Build and maintain partnerships with community leaders, nonprofits, and residents to foster collaboration and engagement. • Assist in organizing and executing fundraising drives, advocacy events, and community programs. • Provide clear and professional information about services and programs, responding to public inquiries. • Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth operations and meaningful participation. • Collect and document community feedback to refine outreach strategies and enhance engagement. • Support the creation of outreach materials, including flyers, newsletters, and digital content, to effectively communicate with the public. Qualifications • Passion for community service, civic engagement, or social impact initiatives. • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations. • Proven ability to build trust and foster relationships within communities. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. • Self-motivated with a flexible, proactive attitude in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. • Interest in a long-term career in nonprofit work, public affairs, or community outreach is preferred.
