We are seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to join our team and support clients, attendees, and live events from start to finish. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with a customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and an interest in event marketing or experiential marketing. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for clients and event attendees, addressing inquiries and providing support.Assist with event registration, check-in, and attendee logistics to ensure smooth operations.Support live events by troubleshooting issues and providing a welcoming, professional experience.Maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, expectations, and goals.Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to support seamless execution of events and campaigns.Communicate event updates and instructions clearly via email, phone, and in-person interactions.Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance client engagement and attendee experiences.
