Full Description

Job Description: • Act as the regional technical lead for broiler health; provide on-site troubleshooting and long-term health plans. • Design, execute, and analyze field trials and clinical studies; convert data into presentations, technical bulletins, and actionable guidance. • Train and support sales teams, distributors, and customers on product use, vaccine application, and biosecurity. • Monitor disease trends, treatment outcomes, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and R&D priorities. • Manage adverse event reporting in line with company, FDA, and USDA requirements. • Support product development efforts, licensing trials, and quality control activities. • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, universities, and industry organizations; represent the company at conferences and trade shows. Requirements: • DVM or equivalent in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Sciences, or related discipline • Minimum 5 years’ experience in poultry health and production • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Good leadership skills • Familiarity with hatchery systems • Able and willing to travel frequently; must live in the supported region (relocation assistance available) Benefits: • medical • dental • vision healthcare • other insurance benefits (for employee and family) • retirement benefits, including 401(k) • paid holidays • vacation • compassionate and sick days
