Lead regional poultry health efforts including troubleshooting, field trials, training, monitoring disease trends, and managing regulatory reporting.
Requires a DVM or equivalent, 5+ years in poultry health, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel frequently.
Job Description: • Act as the regional technical lead for broiler health; provide on-site troubleshooting and long-term health plans. • Design, execute, and analyze field trials and clinical studies; convert data into presentations, technical bulletins, and actionable guidance. • Train and support sales teams, distributors, and customers on product use, vaccine application, and biosecurity. • Monitor disease trends, treatment outcomes, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and R&D priorities. • Manage adverse event reporting in line with company, FDA, and USDA requirements. • Support product development efforts, licensing trials, and quality control activities. • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, universities, and industry organizations; represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
