Company Description MSAI labs is a startup AI labs in medical space . we operate with hospitals and with DARPA research projects directly or indirectly related to healthcare and ai. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Research Associate specializing in AI-driven Medical Lift Drone projects that focus on 3D modeling, aerodynamics simulation, and prototype assembly. The Research Associate will conduct in-depth research, perform medical-related studies, and apply advanced AI techniques to optimize aerodynamics, stability, and performance of medical drone systems. Responsibilities include executing 3D modeling and simulations, integrating AI algorithms into design workflows, and overseeing the design and assembly of AI-powered medical drone prototypes. The role may involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparation of research findings, and contribution to advancing AI-enhanced aerodynamics and medical drone technologies. Qualifications • Have built a drone or flying craft of any kind (strongly preferred) • needs to handle 110lbs . • Strong work ethic and ability to learn / master new tech as required. • Strong Laboratory Skills for conducting experiments and working with prototypes • Solid foundation in Medicine, supported by knowledge of Medical Research methodologies • Understanding of Medical Affairs and their application in research or practical settings • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform research outcomes • Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and critical thinking skills • Familiarity with 3D modeling software and simulation environments is a plus • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, or a related discipline
