MS Shift is a next-generation hospitality SaaS platform serving luxury hotels, resorts, and cruise lines worldwide. We deliver advanced modules for Incident Reporting, Concierge, Corporate Reporting, and Guest Engagement. We’re expanding our marketing team to accelerate brand awareness, inbound growth, and enterprise sales across global hospitality brands. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert leads. This individual combines creativity with data-driven execution — crafting high-impact content, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and supporting our sales and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management • Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication). • Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with demos, product launches, and hospitality events. • Track campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC) and prepare weekly performance reports. 2. Content Creation & Brand Marketing • Write and edit marketing materials including case studies, landing pages, blogs, and social media posts. • Coordinate video demos, customer testimonials, and product marketing assets. • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels. 3. Digital Marketing & Automation • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). • Optimize SEO/SEM, website pages, and keyword strategies for SaaS visibility. • Support AI-driven tools for personalized outreach and content optimization. 4. Events & Partnerships • Assist with trade shows, webinars, and hospitality expos. • Coordinate partnership campaigns with vendors and hotel groups. • Manage marketing collateral, promotional kits, and follow-up sequences. 5. Analytics & Reporting • Monitor KPIs such as MQL→SQL conversion rate, engagement rates, and ARR impact. • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign ROI. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing (hospitality experience a plus). • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business, Canva, etc.). • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Proficiency with analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar). • Familiarity with AI-based marketing platforms and automation workflows is highly valued. KPIs • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated per month • Conversion rate from MQL → SQL • Engagement rate on email and social campaigns • Website and landing page traffic growth • Cost per lead (CPL) and ROI of paid campaigns
