Join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team as a Customer Service Representative and help nonprofit campaigns come to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots advocacy. This isn’t a call center role. No cold calls. No scripts. You’ll connect with the public, educate communities, and help foster long-term support for nonprofits. Key Responsibilities: Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs Engage the public with friendly, professional, and authentic communication Share powerful messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs Educate individuals on nonprofit goals, impact, and ways to get involved Build lasting relationships to encourage donor engagement and support Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution Uphold company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism ✅ Who We’re Looking For No prior experience?
