The Operating Partner will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing cleaning crews, ensuring quality standards, and training employees. Responsibilities also include customer service interactions, managing schedules, inventory management, and addressing any operational issues that may arise. operating partners are considered employees of Mr. Washy Exterior Cleaning Systems and are subject to performance-based termination. Qualifications • Experience in operations management and team leadership • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage schedules and inventory effectively • Customer service experience and problem-solving skills • Ability to work on-site full time in Greenville, SC • Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is a plus Pay Scale This is a Performance based position; average salary of an operating partner is $486k with the top 10% making $843k+ (Operating partners are considered EMPLOYEES of Mr. Washy Exterior Cleaning Systems) operating partners are paid 50% of the net profit (the better the branch does the better you will do) Mr.Washy Exterior cleaning systems is owned and operated by The BlueFin Group INC.
