MRM is seeking an Associate Project Manager. We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, who is eager to learn about and enhance their abilities in the area of Project Management. This Role May Be For You If • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired. • 6 months to 2 years of experience in project management or relevant professional field. • Experience with MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Awareness of MS Project or other project plan software (i.e. Smartsheet) preferred. • Familiarity with the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting). In This Role, You Will • Facilitate and/or manage projects with cross-functional teams including Creative, Technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, Production, and Performance & Analytics. • Responsible for project managing multiple small-scale, low-complexity, web-based solutions in a deadline driven environment. • Conduct and/or support effective meetings with clients, senior personnel and team members, providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations. • Develop/manage project scope documents, related schedules/project plans, project resource requirements and staffing assignments. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, agency partners and vendors. • Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to begin acting as a liaison between the client, agency, and team.
