Interim Executive Director of Case Management Location: Large Acute-Care Hospital | California (Scenic Area with Easy Airport Access) Reid & Associates is partnering with a prominent California health system to identify an experienced Interim Executive Director of Case Management. This interim leader will provide strategic and operational oversight while strengthening policies, procedures, and team performance within a complex hospital environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide executive leadership for the Case Management department during a transitional period • Develop, refine, and implement effective case management policies and workflows • Mentor and support a growing team of case managers and leaders • Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal patient throughput Qualifications • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Case Management • RN, BSN required; MSN preferred • Active California RN license or eligibility to obtain • Strong interim leadership presence with the ability to step in quickly and stabilize operations Compensation & Support • Competitive interim compensation • Temporary housing provided • Travel allowance and rental car available To learn more or express interest, please contact:
