Director, Clinical Quality Improvement Detroit, MI Lead transformational quality initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes. If you're a data-driven healthcare leader passionate about improving clinical performance, optimizing operations, and elevating patient safety, this high-visibility role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change within a major healthcare system. Job Summary The Director of Clinical Quality Improvement leads systemwide performance improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and evidence-based strategies. This role works closely with senior leadership, physicians, and frontline teams to evaluate quality metrics, implement sustainable improvement plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance patient outcomes across the hospital.
