Managing patient check-ins, scheduling, and administrative tasks in a clinic setting.
Bilingual in Spanish, customer service experience, ability to work long hours and weekends, familiarity with medical environments, strong communication and multitasking skills, dependable transportation, willingness to travel.
Your responsibilities will include: • Scheduling • Checking in patients • Confirming appointments • Filling patient paperwork and scanning to EMR • Preparing patients for MRI/ CT scanning or X-ray • Welcoming patients and addressing any concerns. • Keep Clinic clean • All other duties assigned by management • You will ensure your patients receive the best service possible, in a professional manner, at all times. Requirements: 1. Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish) 2. Must be able work long hours 3. Must be able to work on WEEKENDS 4. Experience in customer service 5. Experience working in clinic or physician environment. 6. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism. 7. Strong computer skills. 8. Answer high volume phone calls, strong telephone etiquette 9. Ability to multi task. 10. Must be able to work on weekends and long shifts 11. Dependable transportation 12. Must be willing to travel out of the clinic Summary As a Front Office Clerk/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment in our clinic. Your core skills in medical administrative support and front desk operations will be essential as you manage patient inquiries, appointments, and medical records. Proficiency in computer skills and bilingual communication in Spanish will enhance patient interactions. With a focus on HIPAA compliance and familiarity with EHR systems, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our medical office, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all patients.
