Position Summary Responsible for developing and managing customer accounts with an assigned territory. Requirements Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. • Conduct regular check ins to assess customer satisfaction and changing needs. • Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, or product availability. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory. • Meet or exceed Sales Targets and Goals • Advise customers on menu planning, pricing, and sourcing alternatives. • Present and sample products based on customer needs and market trends. • Collaborate with Transportation and Purchasing to meet customer needs and expectations. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments. • Provide feedback to purchasing marketing teams regarding customer demand and product gaps. Education, Experience And Skills Required • 2-5 Years Sales Management experience • Good Driving Record • Bachelor’s degree preferred Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, And Travel Requirements • Physical Requirements • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. • Must be able to push up to 25 pounds. • Must be able to pull up to 35 pounds. • Sitting for long periods, general bending and twisting are associated with lifting. • Travel up to 75% of time.
