Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations with passion and precision. Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize efficiency and agility. • Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations. • Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and supply chain analytics platforms to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other MRP systems to streamline workflows. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, and process improvement techniques to eliminate waste and enhance productivity. • Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies to develop effective corrective actions. • Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of quality materials at optimal costs. • Implement demand planning and production scheduling strategies using tools like SQL and ERP systems to meet customer needs efficiently. • Foster a culture of innovation by leveraging supply chain management best practices such as inventory control, logistics optimization, and inventory management techniques. Requirements • Proven experience in leading large-scale supply chain operations with a focus on process improvement and strategic planning. • Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms; experience with SAP modules is highly desirable. • Expertise in data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI for supply chain analytics. • Deep understanding of supply chain concepts like MRP (Material Requirements Planning), demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning. • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean methodologies or similar frameworks. • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis; familiarity with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems is advantageous. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues affecting the supply chain. • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams across multiple functions while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
