Join the Porta Kleen team! We’re looking for a dependable Health & Safety Manager to support our mission of delivering safe, clean, and compliant sanitation solutions for customers across the region. What You’ll Bring Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices Ability to lead safety initiatives and collaborate across departments Skilled communicator with strong training and coaching abilities Detail-driven problem solver committed to continuous improvement What You’ll Do Develop, implement, and enforce Porta Kleen safety and occupational health policies Coordinate, conduct, and document safety training for all assigned locations Perform safety audits, inspections, and observations; provide reports to management Investigate incidents, ensure corrective actions, and maintain required documentation Lead Safety Improvement Committees and support development of work standards Manage safety personnel, including supervisors, specialists, and technicians, as needed What You'll Need Associate degree plus First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) OSHA 30 (General Industry or Construction) Safety coursework (PPE, respiratory protection, electrical safety, ergonomics, etc.) 3+ years of field safety experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Why Porta Kleen?
