About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate data professional to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Catalyst, the most innovative prospecting resource in the insurance industry. This is not a traditional product role. The ideal candidate brings deep, real-world experience from the employee benefits space and pairs it with strong product leadership. You will be the subject matter expert, strategic owner, and public face of Catalyst, shaping how brokers prospect, engage, and win business. This is a great role for a benefits broker who loves prospecting and data, as well as for an underwriter or analyst with deep knowledge of the benefits space, the benefits sales approach, and data analytics. What You’ll Do • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Catalyst • Translate broker needs into clear product requirements, enhancements, and innovations • Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver impactful releases • Serve as the primary SME for Catalyst in internal strategy sessions, client meetings, and partner conversations • Lead and support product trainings, demos, and enablement for internal teams and external users • Gather and prioritize feedback from brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders • Monitor adoption, usage, and market trends to continuously evolve the product • Represent Catalyst—and our company—as a thought leader in the insurance and benefits ecosystem Who You Are • A current or former employee benefits broker, Underwriter, or account manager with 5+ years of experience in benefits. • Deep understanding of broker workflows, prospecting challenges, and the competitive landscape. • Comfortable owning a product end-to-end and making strategic decisions. • Confident communicator who can lead meetings, present to executives, and train diverse audiences. • Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution. • Passionate about innovation in the insurance and benefits industry.
