Full Description

We are seeking a skilled developer to help design and deliver custom AI applications for federal and private clients as well as internal learning applications leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. COMPENSATION: $150k-$180k (Depends on verified experience) The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end solutions with M365, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, while also bringing strong full-stack development expertise and a background in applied AI. Copilot Studio Integration: Building and maintaining conversational workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio to connect workers and learners with LLM-powered support. Data Capture & Processing: Designing mechanisms to harvest and process data from user prompts and interactions across M365 applications. Classification Model Development: Building and training NLP-based classification models that accurately assign user prompts to topics within external taxonomies. Data Repositories: Creating backend systems that compile user activity into various formats, reports, and other applications. Analytics & Dashboards: Developing APIs and leveraging Power BI to deliver user analytic dashboards. Full Stack Delivery: Owning the architecture, including front-end UI, back-end services, and data pipelines that powers various applications. Why Join Us? Opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered applications at MPF. Proven experience developing and deploying applications within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform). Strong proficiency in modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or equivalent). Hands-on experience building and training classification models (NLP preferred). Demonstrated ability to integrate data pipelines with analytics tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with taxonomy mapping, data rollups, and workforce/learning systems is a plus.
