In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding expectations at every turn. Your mission will be to make every customer feel like part of the Mozio family, always delivering service with a smile. What We’re Looking For: • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher). • A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience. • Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a big plus!
