Full Description

Job Description: • You're the orchestrator who brings order to chaos when a company's entire infrastructure is down. • You build the master plan, track every moving piece, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • You manage crises, juggling technical dependencies, client expectations, legal requirements, and forensics findings simultaneously. • You map applications to infrastructure, identify critical path dependencies, and communicate realistic timelines. • You own dashboards for executives and detailed trackers for engineers. • You lead the entire restoration workstream during critical cybersecurity incidents. Requirements: • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex technical projects in professional consulting, cybersecurity, or strategic infrastructure environments with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. • Strong technical foundation with practical understanding of IT infrastructure, server dependencies, application architecture, and restoration sequencing sufficient to make informed priority decisions and communicate effectively with technical teams. • Exceptional organizational and tracking skills, including building comprehensive task trackers, dependency maps, and executive dashboards that provide clear visibility into complex restoration operations. • Advanced stakeholder management abilities with experience coordinating between technical teams, executive leadership, legal counsel, insurance carriers, and external partners during high-pressure situations. • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, able to assess competing demands, identify critical path items, and make real-time adjustments as situations evolve. • Excellent communication skills across all levels, capable of translating technical details into business impact for executives while providing clear, actionable direction to technical resources. • Crisis management mindset with comfort working extended hours during active incidents, maintaining composure under pressure, and adapting plans quickly when circumstances change. • Collaborative leadership approach, able to influence without direct authority and keep teams motivated during challenging, high-stress recovery operations.
