Role Description We are looking for a full-time Automation & AI Implementation Specialist who will work closely with leadership and shadow our team to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement automation and AI-driven improvements. • Workflow Analysis: Shadow leadership and team members daily to understand operational processes across marketing, client management, and internal collaboration. • Automation Design & Deployment: Build and implement automations in tools such as Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, and other SaaS platforms we use. • AI Integration: Research and apply AI-driven solutions (e.g., content creation, reporting, analytics, knowledge management) to enhance efficiency and output. • Documentation & Training: Create clear SOPs and train team members on new automations to ensure adoption and long-term usability. • Continuous Improvement: Actively monitor workflows, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to maintain efficiency as the company scales. • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, client success, and leadership to ensure automations align with real needs and goals. Expected Outcomes • Identification and rollout of high-impact automations that reduce manual work and increase output. • Improved data flow and communication between tools and departments. • Tangible time savings and efficiency boosts documented across the agency. • Clear knowledge base with SOPs and training materials for all implemented automations. • Adoption of AI tools that directly improve content, reporting, or internal processes. Requirements • Proven experience in automation building (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts, or equivalent). • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or other generative AI solutions). • Understanding of Web3 and crypto. • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. • Ability to communicate complex systems in simple, actionable ways. • Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. • Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating asynchronously.
