The Marketing Technology Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) platform and supporting key marketing operations across Move Concierge. This role will focus on campaign execution, data accuracy, reporting, and troubleshooting across our email and automation ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Technology, the ideal candidate will be passionate about operational excellence, data-driven marketing, and scalable systems. Essential Job Functions Administer and optimize Move Concierge’s Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) instance within the Salesforce ecosystem. Build and maintain engagement programs, automation rules, email templates, segmentation lists, and dynamic content. Update HTML templates, including correct implementation of UTM parameters and tracking requirements to support analytics and attribution. Ensure strong governance of users, permissions, folder structure, naming conventions, and version control. Build, run, and maintain campaign performance reports across Pardot and Salesforce. Partner with the broader Operations and Analytics teams to leverage Tableau, Google Analytics, or other BI tools for deeper insights. Provide actionable analysis on campaign trends, funnel activity, nurture effectiveness, and audience engagement. Support data mapping and reporting alignment between Marketing, Operations, and Sales. Investigate and resolve production issues, including automation errors, sync delays, data mismatches, and deliverability concerns. Conduct thorough QA of campaigns, forms, automations, and tracking parameters before launch. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and IT to maintain accurate and reliable data flows. Support early-stage initiatives or integrations involving Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or other CDPs. Assist with data hygiene, data segmentation, identity resolution, and contact governance. Participate in system enhancement projects, testing, and documentation within Marketing Technology. Qualifications (Required): Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement in a marketing operations or technical marketing role. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, marketing automation workflows, and lead management. Proficiency in HTML/CSS, specifically for email template maintenance and UTM parameter placement. Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools. Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or other CDPs. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a time-sensitive environment.
