The Director of Inside Sales will play a pivotal role in leading our inside sales organization focused on connecting customers with essential home services as they move into new homes including electricity, internet, TV, home warranty, and smart home security solutions nationwide. This role is highly strategic and data-driven, responsible for optimizing conversion across multiple service verticals and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a metrics-oriented sales leader with a proven track record of scaling inside sales operations, leveraging analytics for decision-making, and driving performance in a fast-paced, partner-integrated environment. This is a full-time, onsite position based in our corporate office in Farmers Branch, Texas. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the inside sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals across multiple home service verticals. Coach and inspire sales managers, team leads, and individual contributors through daily in-office engagement, performance reviews, and structured development programs. Execute strategy. Partner with the VP of Sales to design and implement sales initiatives that maximize lead and salesperson productivity while creating and refining sales scripts and processes to drive consistency and scalability. Launch and oversee new lead and product campaigns, ensuring successful rollout, adoption, and performance across the sales floor from initial buildout to complete execution and analysis. Own the numbers. Analyze performance metrics, lead conversions, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve lead conversions, call routing, and overall sales efficiency. Manage pipeline and forecasting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability at every level of the sales organization. Drive culture and energy to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance where teams are motivated, competitive, and aligned with Move Concierge’s mission and core values. Ensure compliance with partner requirements, regulatory standards, and data privacy practices. Drive innovation in sales approaches, technology adoption, and channel development to improve the mover experience. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field Seven or more years of progressive inside sales leadership experience, ideally within home services, insurance, or other high-volume, consumer-focused industries Exceptional people leader with a track record of building driven, high-energy sales cultures that consistently hit and exceed goals. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort using data to drive decisions and influence strategy Proven ability to manage and scale high-volume, inbound/outbound sales operations. Experience working in partnership-driven environments. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities with a focus on developing talent. Demonstrated success improving conversion rates, KPIs, and overall customer satisfaction through process optimization and analytics.
