We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Travel Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help clients coordinate and organize their travel plans with accuracy and professionalism. You will support booking arrangements, manage itineraries, and ensure schedules run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, organization, and assisting others. Responsibilities: • Assist clients with scheduling travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel itineraries. • Communicate with clients to confirm booking details and scheduling requests. • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure the best options for clients. • Ensure that all schedules align with client needs and preferences. Requirements: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online booking platforms. • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Previous experience in scheduling, travel, or customer service is a plus but not required.
