What You'll Do: - You will proactively contact potential customers to introduce Mountain Ltd.'s telecom services. - You will follow up persistently with leads to nurture interest and convert prospects into customers. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaign goals. - You will provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve service offerings. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach targets. - You will handle customer inquiries and provide clear, concise information about products and services. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer outreach, preferably in telecommunications. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in follow-up. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
