Job summary: We're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and optimize battery systems for cutting-edge energy platforms. The ideal candidate has deep experience in lithium-ion battery pack architecture, power electronics, and system integration gained at leading EV or battery technology companies. Key responsibilities: • Lead electrical design of high-performance battery packs and modules • Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring harnesses for HV and LV systems • Perform simulations, design validation, and failure analysis for reliability and safety • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and test teams on system integration • Support prototype builds, system-level testing, and troubleshooting • Maintain documentation for UL, SAE, and military compliance Required qualifications: • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field • 5 - 7+ years of experience in EV, battery, or energy storage design (Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, or similar strongly preferred) • Expertise in BMS architecture, CAN communication, and HV safety • Skilled in Altium, OrCAD, or comparable PCB design tools • Hands-on experience with battery testing and validation Why Apply • Opportunity to work on advanced electrification and aerospace-grade projects • Collaborative team with strong growth trajectory • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits
