Lead and develop a mid-market sales team, manage sales cycles involving technical solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales targets.
2-3+ years frontline sales management in software/hardware sales, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, bachelor's degree, strong business insight, and US export compliance authorization.
Description: • Lead a team of Account Executives in the Mid-Market Sales segment to drive new business and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets • Interview, hire, ramp and develop new talent to scale the organization • Coach, up-level and support tenured AEs to drive consistent high-performance • Ensure diligent execution of the sales processes and accurately forecast the team’s monthly and quarterly performance • Identify opportunities for improvement and surface risk to plan achievement • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams (SDR, SE, CSM, Partners, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, Deal Desk) to improve internal processes • Manage sales cycles that often involve technical wins and hardware/software trials (POCs); AEs are paired with Sales Engineers throughout the sales cycle • Report to the Director of Emerging Mid-Market and be part of the Mid-Market Sales Leadership team managed by the VP of Sales Requirements: • 2-3+ years experience as a frontline sales manager, directly managing Account Executives in Software and/or Software/Hardware Sales • Strong experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales acceleration • Bachelor's Degree required • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights and root causes behind KPI changes • Identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, and take ownership of implementation or project management • Exhibit a competitive mindset and willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement • Receptive to feedback and able to focus resources to achieve important results • Keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with business situations • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations Benefits: • health, pharmacy, optical and dental care benefits • paid time off • sick time off • short term and long term disability coverage • life insurance • 401k contribution • total compensation may include restricted stock units for certain roles • benefits are subject to eligibility requirements
