We’re looking for a Content Manager who knows how to turn ideas into stories that move the needle. In this role, you’ll own the narrative — shaping how our brand shows up in the market, building credibility with our audience, and ensuring our voice stands out across every platform. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, sales, and senior leadership to plan and execute campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and tell the story of who we are and what we do best. What You’ll Do • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning. • Write, edit, and publish high-impact content — from articles and case studies to web copy and digital campaigns. • Manage B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and email marketing. • Partner cross-functionally with sales, design, and leadership to support product launches and company initiatives. • Work directly with senior leadership to uncover and share stories that highlight our expertise, innovation, and culture. • Maintain brand voice, tone, and style consistency across all communications. • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and lead generation. • Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. • Track performance metrics and use insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content strategy sharp and relevant. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. • 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications. • Proven ability to craft compelling stories that connect strategy to audience. • Hands-on experience with B2B marketing and multi-channel campaign management. • Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). • Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar). • Excellent project management skills — able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines. • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills — you know how to build relationships and get things done.
