Full Description
• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, and clusters. • Install, update, and support Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022). • Manage AD, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and identity access. • Apply patches, updates, and hotfixes using tools like WSUS or SCCM. • Implement and test disaster recovery plans using solutions like Veeam or VMware SRM. • Track system health, resource utilization, and storage capacity (SAN/NAS). • Enforce security policies, manage permissions, and harden server configurations. • Write PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks and deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications • Deep knowledge of VMware vSphere suites and Microsoft Windows Server ecosystem. • Understanding of VLANs, TCP/IP, switching, and routing in a virtual environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands-on work experience.
