A growing technology-driven organization is hiring a Technical Lead .NET Engineer to lead a product-focused development team working on complex, high-scale systems. This role is headquartered in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. They focuses on building and supporting platforms using C# (.NET 6–8), cloud PaaS solutions, APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks. This is a full-time position blending technical leadership with hands-on engineering. This role is for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll lead a small pod of engineers working on challenging, real-world problems that span integrations, real-time processing, automation, and large-scale data workflows. It’s ideal for a lead who enjoys solving hard problems, improving standards, and helping teams grow without losing touch with the code.
