🚀 User-to-Role Mapping Lead (SAP Program) 📅 6-Month Contract (Extension Possible) 🌎 Remote – EST or CST Candidates Only 🔎 About the Role We are seeking an experienced User-to-Role Mapping Lead to support a large-scale SAP transformation program. This role will lead end-user access mapping activities across Finance, Supply Chain, and HXM systems, ensuring users receive the correct access to support future-state business processes. You will play a critical role in security design validation, stakeholder alignment, training readiness, testing support, and go-live cutover preparation. This position requires hands-on SAP transformation experience and strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams. 🖥️ SAP Landscape Experience supporting the following platforms is required: • SAP S/4HANA • SAP Ariba • SAP SuccessFactors 🎯 Key Responsibilities 🔐 User-to-Role Mapping Execution • Lead user-to-role mapping across Finance, Supply Chain, and HXM systems • Validate that end users have appropriate future-state access • Ensure alignment with business process design 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Security and Functional teams to confirm role design • Coordinate with HRBPs, department leaders, and SMEs to validate assignments • Secure required approvals for access governance 🗣️ Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation • Educate business leaders on SAP role structures (business roles vs. security roles) • Facilitate mapping workshops and validation sessions • Guide stakeholders through access review and confirmation cycles 📊 Governance & Issue Resolution • Track mapping progress and identify access gaps • Escalate discrepancies or unique access needs • Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) resolution with Security & Compliance 📝 Documentation & Reporting • Maintain centralized mapping trackers and documentation • Provide readiness reporting to program leadership • Highlight risks, decisions, and required stakeholder actions 🧪 Training, Testing & Cutover Support • Align role mappings with training plans and course assignments • Ensure correct user access during testing cycles • Validate user readiness prior to go-live ✅ Required Qualifications • Experience with ERP role mapping, access provisioning, or SAP security design • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA security concepts and Fiori catalogs • Understanding of SuccessFactors role structures ⭐ Preferred Qualifications • Experience in large enterprise SAP programs • Familiarity with GRC tools and access workflows • Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and risk mitigation
