Duration: 6 Month Contract (Possible Extension) Location: 100% Remote (Client located in Costa Mesa, CA) • Must be able to work PST hours • Must be able to work on W-2 basis Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Project Manager and Process Excellence Lead Contractor to provide immediate, specialized capacity to support cross-functional Sales Enablement and Sales Operations initiatives during a six-month engagement. This role is focused on driving operational scale, reducing business risk, documenting standard operating procedures(SOP’s), RACI’s, User Guides and tracking projects to completion. The contractor will lead project management efforts across multiple initiatives, including Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, and other sales enablement tools. A core responsibility of this role is to partner closely with teams to observe, document, and standardize processes, creating RACIs and SOPs that eliminate single points of failure, enable automation, and support long-term operational excellence. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive program manager who can operate independently, manage complexity, and deliver tangible outcomes quickly. • Provide immediate impact against Experian and EES goals for efficient operational scale. • Direct involvement in productivity initiatives within Sales processes. • High visibility and collaboration across Sales, Enablement, Operations, IT, and Automation stakeholders. • Ownership of critical operational artifacts that reduce business risk and eliminate single points of failure. • A collaborative, outcome-driven environment that values clarity, structure, and continuous improvement. • Competitive contract compensation commensurate with experience. • Provide program and project management for cross-functional Sales Enablement and Sales Operations initiatives, including SFDC and related sales technology efforts. • Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to plan, track, and execute initiatives from intake through delivery. • Actively “follow the work” across teams to observe, capture, and document current-state processes and procedures. • Develop clear, scalable process documentation, including end-to-end workflows, RACIs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal teams. • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and single points of failure, recommending mitigation strategies to reduce business risk. • Manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives, escalating issues proactively. • Create clear reporting and status updates for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations. • Ensure documentation and artifacts are centralized, accessible, and maintained to support long-term operational use. • Creation and revision of end user guides for Salesforce Skill Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Process Documentation and Project Management • Demonstrated experience creating process documentation, RACIs, and SOPs from the ground up, particularly in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments. • Strong process modeling and workflow mapping skills, with the ability to identify critical steps, decision points, handoffs, dependencies, and control gaps. • Proven ability to put structure around loosely defined work, organizing initiatives, artifacts, and documentation into scalable operating models. • Systems thinker with experience connecting people, process, and technology to identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and risk reduction. • Experience documenting processes in a way that supports automation readiness, auditability, and long-term scalability, not just static reference materials. • Strong judgment in distinguishing critical operational signal from noise when observing and documenting real-world workflows. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex operational detail into clear, executive-ready documentation, insights, and recommendations. • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive adoption of new processes and standards across matrixed, cross-functional teams. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and non-negotiable deadlines. • Proficiency with common project management, collaboration, and documentation tools (e.g., SFDC, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). • Project Management or Process Improvement certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus.
