The role involves leading business analysis efforts for large-scale implementations and collaborating with stakeholders to simplify complex processes across various management domains. Responsibilities • Lead business analysis efforts for large-scale implementations and multi-line projects. • Gather, analyze, and document internal and client user requirements. • Provide mentorship and leadership within the business analysis team. • Own the requirements management process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives. • Develop and execute a requirements management plan for assigned projects. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and discussions to capture business needs. • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, IT teams, and clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of software requirements. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including process diagrams, wireframes, and report mock-ups. • Ensure timely delivery of documentation and meet project deadlines.
