Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Motion Recruitment provides IT Staffing Solutions and is seeking a Salesforce Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract-to-hire position. The role involves facilitating design sessions, developing prototypes, and delivering scalable solutions to enhance expert experiences on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities • Facilitate joint design sessions to refine defined experience requirements. • Develop functional and/or non-functional prototypes to gain alignment/acceptance. • Develop and deliver new solutions at scale to support or personalize expert experiences. • Ensure developed solutions meet enterprise development standards. • Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives. Skills • Must be able to work on W-2 Basis • Not open to C2C • Facilitate joint design sessions to refine defined experience requirements. • Develop functional and/or non-functional prototypes to gain alignment/acceptance. • Develop and deliver new solutions at scale to support or personalize expert experiences. • Ensure developed solutions meet enterprise development standards. • Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives. • Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and/or development experience with Salesforce platform. • Salesforce Admin certification required. • A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication. • Experience with Agile development and methodologies. • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time. • A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experiences quickly. • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification HIGHLY preferred • Salesforce Service Cloud certification HIGHLY preferred Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business, and/or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience.
