Provide IT support and field service, manage IT projects, and handle incident, problem, change, and knowledge management in a hybrid work environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills, IT support experience, project management knowledge, and proficiency with desktop and network systems.
Our client is a nationally recognized and award-winning home builder throughout Texas. We have an immediate opening for a proactive and highly organized IT Project Coordinator or IT Support Manager for a long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently as an individual and lead small or large team as required and willingness to take on more Project Management as they grow in the role. Our client is highly motivated to hire quickly. Interviews will be scheduled for next week! Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Location: Democracy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024 Qualifications: • Must have strong organizational skills • Experience with email/Outlook, Calendars, PowerPoint, Excel and daily tools for communicating such as MS Teams • Must have strong oral and written communication skills • Proven IT Support and Field Service experience who has owned some projects. • Preferred Project Management knowledge, Experience in: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management • Preferred proficiency in desktop, network topology and connectivity.
