A well-funded, early-stage technology startup in the real estate data space is hiring a Staff Full Stack Engineer to help build a brand-new platform from the ground up. This is a full-time opportunity based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule, working with modern backend and frontend technologies in a true greenfield environment. This is a rare chance to join a company at the ground floor and have a lasting impact on both the product and the engineering culture. They're looking for someone who enjoys owning big technical problems, influencing architecture decisions, and mentoring other engineers. You'll gain hands-on exposure to scaling systems, working closely with founders, and growing into a leadership role as the team expands, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
