The firm is known for backing some of the most disruptive companies in the world — from aerospace and AI to advanced manufacturing — and for building technology internally that powers smarter investing. Their engineering and data teams design proprietary systems that drive efficiency, insight, and execution across the firm. As Head of Engineering, you’ll oversee a team of six engineers and partner directly with the CEO to shape technical strategy, architecture, and delivery. You’ll guide the evolution of the firm’s internal ERP-style platform — a mission-critical system that underpins research, operations, and client services. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic impact: defining process, mentoring engineers, and scaling a platform built in Python, React, and GCP. It’s a rare opportunity to lead a small, elite engineering function inside a world-class investment organization where software is central to how the business operates and grows.
