A rapidly growing technology and analytics organization is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to help drive the next generation of enterprise AI solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Databricks, Generative AI, LLM orchestration frameworks, MLOps platforms, and cloud-based AI services. The team partners with major enterprise clients to build highly scalable AI products that deliver measurable business value. This is more than a traditional technical lead position. The organization is looking for a hands-on AI expert who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while mentoring other engineers and helping establish AI best practices across the team. Candidates will have the opportunity to influence architecture decisions, shape AI strategy, and work alongside experienced leaders in a collaborative environment that values innovation, autonomy, and continuous development.
