Our plant located in Sterling Heights, MI is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our team! The role of the Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all production activities and personnel during the assigned shift. This role ensures safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. This role will be supporting our afternoon shift from 2PM-10PM EST.
