Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Director, National Revenue Management, the BBG & Independents Revenue Growth Manager provides leadership to the assigned Markets in the Distributor Partnership team with respect to pricing strategy and revenue management. This role owns and manages all pricing data for the distributor, monitoring the allocation and ROI of FTT and DPP budgets through the company’s pricing tool to ensure the continual prioritization of value opportunities and the delivery of net sales income targets. As a partner to the Distributor Partner Commercial team, the Revenue Manager provides data-driven recommendations and solutions to optimize available resources. Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office Pricing Data Management • Control all distributor-specific data captured in the company’s pricing tool, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all markets & brands. • Provide training to key stakeholders, as necessary, to build and maintain data integrity within the pricing tool. Profile Management Pricing increases • Lead price increase processes, ensuring accurate and timely price filing as well as compliance with price increase. • Lead pricing optimization for the distributor partner. Partner with national RGM team and Commercial team to maximize NSI through Pricing, FTT and trade margins optimization. • Lead pricing alignment process with distributor partner: Present guidelines, share price grids, ensure data is aligned. • Manage all pricing requests and changes for the distributor partner, maintaining ongoing communication with all stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of pricing data and decisions. Analysis of actual pricing, sales performance & trade margins • Partner with Distributor Partner Commercial team to assess brands sales performance at retail and at distributor level. • Assess evolution of Distributor and retail prices and margins. Review gaps vs guidelines and forecast evolution of trade prices and margins for coming months. Report risks & opportunities to Senior Director, National Revenue Management. • Identify pricing risks and opportunities, and offer data-driven recommendations to optimize FTT, DPP and FOBs, ensuring adherence to budgets and the delivery of Distributor Partner’s NSI targets. • In co-ordination with the National Revenue Manager, collaborate with Demand Creation teams to improve consistency of pricing across key accounts Nationally. • Collaborate with Distributor Partner Commercial team to conduct monthly analysis of the P&L, synthesizing data and reporting brand and channel performance to key stakeholders. Revenue Administration • Build and maintain a standardized pricing calendar for all markets under their remit. • Establish and communicate pricing for all new items, ensuring consistent dissemination of information across all stakeholders. • Review, validate and process all distributor FTT invoices. Other • Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.
