We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and professional School Marketer to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in increasing student enrollment, promoting school programs, enhancing community engagement, and strengthening our brand presence both online and offline. The ideal candidate is creative, confident, and committed to supporting the mission and vision of our school.Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies that support student enrollment growth • Visit feeder schools, prospective locations, and participate in community events to promote the school • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, podcasts, and the school website • Design marketing materials including graphics, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other promotional content • Coordinate photography, videography, and promotional media • Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports on marketing effectiveness • Support branding initiatives to maintain consistent communication across all platforms • Organize, promote, and assist with school events, open houses, and special programs • Communicate clearly and effectively with parents, students, staff, and community partners • Represent the school with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm at all times Qualifications • Must carry themselves well; clear, confident, and eloquent speaker • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or a related field • Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) • Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and professional personality • Knowledge or background in education preferred • Tech-savvy with experience using social media platforms, basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and digital marketing tools • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team • Photography, videography, or digital media experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Experience: • Marketing: 1 year (Required) Language: • English (Required) • Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
