As a Mosquito Squad Sales Representative, you will manage current client base, follow up on new client leads, perform telephonic and digital sales presentations to potential new clients, and perform basic data entry. TEAM MEMBER BENEFITS • Career Advancement Opportunities • Positive Work Environment • Sales Training • Competitive Compensation (Hourly + Sales Commission) • Full Benefits Available, after new hire period* DUTIES AND RESOPONSIBILITES • Must possess the ability to learn new processes, programs, and software quickly. • Use current Customer Relationship Management to manage existing and new clients, leads, and new opportunities. • Field in bound calls to execute sales with potential and current clients, as well as answer questions or concerns. • Perform outbound calls to follow up with sales inquiries with potential and current clients using scripted verbiage. SKILLS FOR SUCCESS • Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment. • Must possess excellent detail oriented organizational skills and project a positive attitude within the workspace with peers and over the phone with clients. • Must be able to type proficiently and have basic computer skills. • PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS. COMMUNICATION SKILLS • Ability to read and comprehend simple and complex instructions, read and write short correspondence and memos. • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, peers, and supervisors.
